Shipping Terms

We offer the following shipping services

 Express service

  • You should order by 12pm to have your order delivered next day excluding weekends. This can take longer but all depending on DHL as this is something not in our control.
  • All Next Day Delivery orders are tracked and shipped with DHL 
  • If you order between 12pm and 2pm there is still a good chance you will get your order next day, but it is not guaranteed
  • All orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday
  • Orders placed after 4pm will be dispatched the following day excluding weekends

Standard service

  • All standard delivery orders are shipped with Royal Mail.
  • Standard service can take between 2-4 working days. Can take longer but all depending on Royal Mail as this is something not in our control.

 

Shipping Time 

  • In UK mainland we offer a Next Day Delivery on Express service only, if you order by 12pm and excluding weekends. This can take longer but all depending on DHL as this is something not in our control.
  • In Northern Ireland and some British Islands and Scottish Highlands the shipping time is usually 2-4 working days
  • If you live in a remote place where couriers find it difficult to deliver let us know and we'll check for you

Returns/ Cancel Policy

It is important that you check your order or items upon receiving and always before you use. If any errors or issues arise then these need to be reported  to us immediately so we can investigate. 

RIGHT TO CANCEL  

You have the right to cancel the order if it's not shipped out. Please email us to check the status of parcel first and we will email you back as quickly as we can. 

RIGHT TO RETURN

We have a 14 Day return policy
We accept a return if we sent you the wrong item or if the item is faulty. We also accept a return if you changed your mind, but the products should be in a un-used, un-opened condition and you will need to pay for return shipping. Please contact our customer service team to arrange your return. We will need to know your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for return. If you request a replacement and the product is no longer available, we will process a refund back to the original account used to purchase the item. 

 

Other Cases

  • We do not give a full refund if recipient refuses to sign for the parcel.
  • We do not give a full refund if recipient fails to receive the parcel because of their fault.
